Grocery Shopping Day

So today I went to the market to buy the new food I will be eating.  I have to say I got a lot of great things.  I'm really getting into this clean eating idea.  I said earlier this week that I have a list of foods I don't care to eat.  But I'm trying to retrain my taste buds and try things I don't like. So today I bought some FISH!!!  I know right?  I don't eat FISH.  I had a recipe for this hot and sour seafood soup.  It has FISH in it.  SWAI is th type of fish I used.  I asked the seafood lady what kind of white fish doesn't taste like it's fish.  I have to say it was ok.  It tasted like the ingredients in the soup.  I also made a mock risotto. Brown rice, peppers, onions, garlic, low sodium chicken broth, mushrooms, and whipped cream cheese.  It was a lovely dinner.  Pictures below:








So this weeks focus has been more on getting my environment into shape.  Next week it's going to be about getting in that work out.  Hopefully I can embrace the working out as well as I'm embracing the eating changes.  Before the week is out I'll try and have that list of things I don't like to eat up.  And you guys can help me find exciting and yummy (without covering it with flour and frying it in oil) ways to eat it.
