And on the sixth day...

Well my first week of GRFG(Getting Rid of the Fat Girl) is almost over.  I've made some changes to my pantry, changes to my mind set and I am ready to get it in gear on Sunday.  Activity as I call it.  (because if I say the E word my body may have an adverse reaction to it you all know I'm  allergic ) LOL.
Anyway.  I realize that I have a huge road ahead of me and I know I will have to work hard.  I am so glad that you have given me your support.  I cannot express how much that means to me.  So moving forward I posted earlier this week that I was going to list some foods I DO NOT LIKE TO EAT.  I've put a good effort into a few of those items this week.  I ate fish (granted it took on the taste of the soup but it was fish and I ate it), I added chickpeas to a dish (I only eat pork and beans) so I'm ready to try some other foods that I have avoided like the plague.  Ready???(because this could be a long list)  Here we go....

Beans...any and all kinds...
Fish...I am trying so recipes will be excepted
Cantaloupe, Honeydews, blueberries, pears, grapefruit
spicy foods
curries
food that looks like mush
Brussels sprouts  (I do however like cabbage)
squash, zucchini, sweet potatoes ( I will however eat these in a cold salad not cooked)
radishes, beets
tomatoes (I am not a big fan if they do not come on a pizza, pasta or some type of sauce) Eating them in the natural tomato state is hard

I'm sure there are other combinations of foods I don't like but these are just a few.  So post a recipe of something healthy that you like and I'll try (once a week) to eat something New.  I promise not to make the face. Or say Ewwwww...

Happy Friday everyone and I hope you have a great weekend.

As always....thanks for following....
